Resumen: La nueva posibilidad que brinda el estado a la Empresa de realizar ventas minoristas a la población hace necesario que disponga de un procedimiento para realizar las mismas, este procedimiento no fue escrito con anterioridad por nuestra empresa ni por ninguna mayorista, hasta donde pudimos indagar, por solo poderse realizar, hasta el momento, la comercialización Mayorista. Establecer el procedimiento a seguir para la realización de la Venta Minorista; sus requerimientos durante el proceso de venta, formación y aprobación de precios, control interno, registro contable y formas de pago. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y disposiciones mínimas en materia de logística, establecidas por el comercio interior para la comercialización minorista.
