Main models for controlling accessibility and mobility management in tourism institutions.

Management control decisively influences the new management designs that companies adopt. Currently, it is necessary for the Cuban business context to have a modern management system that guarantees the rational use of resources and, to a large extent, of the human capital in charge of transforming raw materials into the service that the client needs. The objective of this research is to carry out a study of the main models for the control of accessibility and mobility management in tourism institutions, with a strategic and process approach, which contribute to the improvement in decision-making aimed at the correct functioning of the roads in the tourist center of Varadero. The methods used are: bibliographic review, UCINET software, Version 6.698 to perform a network analysis and with the help of SPSS software, a hierarchical cluster analysis is carried out to identify the main clusters that allow a better visualization of the application of the attributes. With the application of the aforementioned methods, it is determined that the most used tools in the analyzed models are: surveys, brainstorming, construction of indicators, flow charts, interviews and direct observation.

El control de gestión influye de manera decisiva en los nuevos diseños gerenciales que adoptan las empresas. Actualmente, resulta necesario para el contexto empresarial cubano contar con un sistema de gestión moderno que garantice el uso racional de los recursos y en gran medida, del capital humano encargado de transformar la materia prima en el servicio que necesita el cliente. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio de los principales modelos para el control de la gestión de accesibilidad y movilidad en instituciones turísticas, con enfoque estratégico y de procesos, que contribuyan a la mejora en la toma de decisiones encaminadas a un correcto funcionamiento de la vialidad en el polo turístico de Varadero. Los métodos utilizados son: la revisión bibliográfica, el software UCINET, Versión 6.698 para realizar un análisis de redes y con la ayuda del software SPSS se realiza un análisis por conglomerados jerárquicos para identificar los clusters principales que permitan una mejor visualización de la aplicación de los atributos. Con la aplicación de los métodos mencionados se determina que las herramientas de mayor empleo en los modelos analizados son: encuestas, tormenta de ideas, construcción de indicadores, diagramas de flujos, entrevistas y observación directa.
