Introductory and High Performance Sports Workshop
In order to address diversity in the training unit and personalize the learnings constrution processes in the initiation Handball, teacher must be involved in the developmet and design of different types of materials, adapted to the different learning styles of students. The work has as objective to analyze the methodology used in the learning styles from the teaching-learning process. A bibliographic review of the last decade of the Comprehensive Handball Athete Preparation Program in Cuba was corried out, for this purpose, the systematizing method inductive-deductive and analytic-synthetic, are used. The main contribution is based on the reflection proposed aboud how learning styles enhance the teaching-learning process.
En aras de atender a la diversidad en la unidad de entrenamiento y personalizar los procesos de construcción de aprendizajes en el Balonmano de iniciación, el profesorado debe implicarse en la elaboración de diferentes tipos de materiales, adaptados a los diferentes estilos de aprendizaje del alumnado. El trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la metodología empleada en los estilos de aprendizaje desde el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de la última década del Programa Integral de Preparación del Deportista de Balonmano en Cuba, para ello se utilizan los métodos de sistematización, el inductivo-deductivo y el analítico-sintético. La principal contribución se basa en la reflexión que se propone acerca de cómo los estilos de aprendizaje potencian el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
